Everything you need to know before your first visit to m.studio.

How long does stitching take for bridal wear?
Bridal lehengas and sherwanis typically require 4–8 weeks for standard orders. Rush orders (2–4 weeks) attract an additional surcharge. We strongly recommend booking at least 3 months before your wedding date to allow time for fittings and adjustments. WhatsApp us at WhatsApp m.studio to check availability.
Do you offer home delivery in Hyderabad?
Yes! We offer doorstep delivery across Hyderabad for finished garments after final fitting approval. Delivery is available to Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Madhapur, Hitech City, Kondapur, Gachibowli, Begumpet, Secunderabad and surrounding areas. Final fitting must be done in-studio for perfect results.
What is your alteration and adjustment policy?
We guarantee a perfect fit. If alterations are required after the first fitting, the first round of standard adjustments is complimentary. Subsequent alterations for design changes or extreme size changes may attract a nominal fee. Our goal is that you leave absolutely thrilled with the garment.
Can I send my own fabric for stitching?
Absolutely. We accept customer-supplied fabric. Bring your fabric to our studio with at least 4–6 weeks lead time. Our master will assess the fabric quality and advise on pattern, cut, and construction method. We work with all types: cotton, georgette, silk, velvet, brocade, net, and more.
How does the measurement process work?
Mukhrat Master personally takes 20+ precise measurements during your initial consultation. The process typically takes 30–45 minutes. All measurements are recorded in your client profile and kept confidential. For bridal wear, we typically schedule 2–3 fitting sessions to perfect the fit.
Do you handle urgent/express orders?
Yes, we accept urgent orders subject to slot availability. Orders under 1 week attract a 40% express surcharge, and 2–4 week orders attract a 20% rush fee. Express orders are prioritized in our workflow. Contact us directly on contact m.studio directly to confirm availability before placing a rush order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers. A 50% advance is required to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery after final fitting approval. For bridal orders above ₹50,000, a 60% advance may be required.
Do you keep my design and measurements private?
Your privacy is paramount. All measurements, design choices, and personal information are stored confidentially and never shared with third parties. We do not post client photos on social media without explicit written consent. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
